This week Malcolm and Geoff went down to the Millom Network Centre where there were paintings and pastries being held. This is an annual event in town showing off the local talents we have in our community. Geoff really enjoyed looking at the paintings and drawings of Barrow in Furness as this was where Geoff was born and lived his whole life before moving to Kirksanton Care Centre. He recognised the places on the pictures and could name them all. Malcolm being an artist himself enjoyed looking at all the different paints and oils used. He even came away with some tips for his next art class. They finished the afternoon off by enjoying some of the pastries on offer and a good old cup of tea!
