CARE HOME OVERVIEW
Private Fees
Set amongst stunning gardens in the popular Cornish seaside destination of Hayle, St Ives, Pine Trees Care Home has a regular programme of day trips and activities for residents to take part in. Aside from this, other facilities include a hairdresser, chiropodist and the residents’ furry friend, Bernie the Dog. The Pine Trees garden is also popular; the large conservatory allows residents to enjoy the garden views all year round, whatever the weather. Residents and visitors can take full advantage of the soft sand and frothy waves on their doorstep by visiting Porthminster Beach, just a few miles away from the Care Home. Alternatively, spend some time at Hayle’s Paradise Park, an award-winning wildlife sanctuary – a haven for animal-lovers of any age.

OUR QUALITY OF CARE
At St Philips Care we give people a sense of place and somewhere they really love to live, making each of our homes fun, friendly and comfortable places to be.
As a group of professional carers, we specialize in the health and well-being of people from all walks of life and all ages and take enormous pride in the high levels of care that we deliver.
Our homes offer a range of support for adult and elderly people whether that is for residential, mental health, or respite care. We pride ourselves on our experienced, highly trained teams which include carers, support staff, and registered nurses and the group offers all of our teams the resources to meet our residents’ daily needs.
PERSONALISED CARE PLANS
St Philips Care focuses each and every care plan on the individual, taking into consideration their personal requirements and tastes.
We take time out to know and understand our residents even before they move in, not only by talking to them but also by including their family and friends during their stay to make sure that we have the best possible plan tailored to each individual.
We consider not only care aspects but also personal interests, social life, working life, and companionships. Special consideration is given to their personal space and bedroom, their favourite meals and dinner choices, understanding, monitoring and developing a personal care plan and generally keeping good channels of communication with family and friends at all times
