Care Home Overview
The Care Centre is found in the small village of Ditton Priors, just a few miles from the Shropshire town of Bridgnorth. Ditton Priors Care Centre boasts stunning gardens, patio areas, colourful flower beds and uninterrupted views over the scenic Shropshire countryside, providing elderly residents with an idyllic, peaceful setting. Group activities for elderly are commonplace at Ditton Priors, and residents can take part in the regular events, from musician visits and entertainment to trips and outings. For residents who prefer the quieter life, there are dedicated relaxation areas where they can pursue their own hobbies at their own pace. Further facilities include a chiropodist, dentist, hairdresser and church visits. The Residential Care Centre has its own minibus, too. Other local points of interest include Bridgnorth Castle and Old Mill Antiques Centre.

OUR QUALITY CARE SERVICES
At St Philips Care we give people a sense of place and somewhere they really love to live, making each of our homes fun, friendly and comfortable places to be.
As a group of professional carers, we specialize in the health and well being of people from all walks of life and all ages, and take enormous pride in the high levels of care services that we deliver.
Our homes offer a range of support for adult and elderly people whether that is for residential, dementia, mental health or respite care. We pride ourselves on our experienced, highly trained teams which include carers, support staff, and registered nurses and the group offers all of our teams the resources to meet our residents’ daily needs.
PERSONALISED ELDERLY RESIDENTIAL CARE PLANS
St Philips Care focuses each and every care plan on the individual, taking into consideration their personal requirements and tastes.
We take time out to know and understand our residents even before they move in, not only by talking to them but also by including their family and friends during their stay to make sure that we have the best possible plan tailored to each individual.
We consider not only care aspects but also personal interests, social life, working life, and companionships. Special consideration is given to their personal space and bedroom, their favourite meals and dinner choices, understanding, monitoring and developing a personal care services and care plan and generally keeping good channels of communication with family and friends at all times.
