Facilities and Services
As a residential dementia care home, Pine Trees ensures that its facilities are perfect for those struggling with memory loss and confusion. Simple measures such as clear, picture signage on key areas help assist orientation around the home, which reduces anxiety and helps with peace of mind.
The home is also run with a Key Worker system whereby every resident is allocated a suitably qualified carer with knowledge and understanding around those with dementia. This enables staff to build quality and individual relationships with the person they both support and care for.

If you are looking for a home that can give you support with your dementia, that can give you comfort and care when you need it, companionship when you want it, and a safe, homely environment always, then look no further than Pine Trees.
What Makes Us Different?
We encourage those with dementia to bring in personal belongings so that they can surround themselves with familiarity. This helps to ease the transition into a care home and can help reduce some of the anxiety and confusion which can arise, especially in people who require support with dementia.
We make sure that life at Pine Trees Care Home is always full of enjoyment and laughter, as well as ensuring that those with dementia who like a quieter life have places where they can rest peacefully. At Pine Trees, we understand that everyone is different, and we make sure that we plan a diverse range of activities so that there will be something for everyone. We always give those with dementia that are staying with us the option of joining in, but equally, understand that not everyone likes a group activity and appreciate that some people like nothing better than sharing a quiet chat with another resident or member of staff.
With regular home-cooked meals, interesting activities, tailor-made care, and a beautiful environment, those with dementia can enjoy their life here at Pine Trees Care Home and it’s small details like these that help to make our environment different from other dementia care homes.
