Every day can be special here at Pavilion Care Home in Derbyshire. We offer a range of activities designed to appeal to all our residents every day. Certain activities will be chosen that are known to be especially good for those suffering from memory issues such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. For those who would rather enjoy some one-to-one time with a cup of tea and a chat, our carers are always there. Throughout the day, home-cooked meals are whipped up by our kitchen team and served in the dining room for those that enjoy gathering together for meals. For people that prefer to eat in their rooms, we can provide meals in this way. We always hold the wishes of our residents at the heart of all that we do. In the summertime, we take regular trips to, our namesake, the Pavilion Gardens.

Special consideration is given to their personal space and bedroom, their favourite meals and dinner choices, understanding, monitoring and developing a personal care plan and generally keeping good channels of communication with family and friends at all times
